Need Super V Help

What are the brakes? Don't look like anything on stock 1994 bikes. The pic I found of Giove in the 1995 catalog shows canti brakes but they may have run others.

March seems too early for a '95 bike, but I guess frames could hang around for a while unbuilt. There was a Viper red SV 700 in 1995 but all the SVs that year are shown with black swingarms. The photo of Giove does show a polished swingarm and fork. Crank looks to be the same Coda as you have. The photos of Libor Karas's bikes show the same brakes as your bike. If not an actual team bike, yours sure seems to be built close to one.

Just picked this one up. Frame is dated March of 1994 (FC). Matches the specs of the super V 3000 in the 1994 catalog but not the color. Color looks like viper red. Looks the same as the pic of Missy in the 1995 catalog. Is this a team bike or something special. Thanks for any help.
