Need frame ID please!

Hi there!

Was wondering if you can help me to figure out what model of Cannondale this is.
I'm not going to list all of the parts, as they are most likely all replaced with more modern ones.
The year of the frame is, according to the serial number, 1998. It's a CAAD4, with disc brake mounts only, no pivots for V-breaks whatsoever. The shock is a Fatty SL with On/Off lockout only, no damping dial.
Couldn't find any match in the catalogs, at least nothing with a disc-only frame.
Any idea what model can this bike be?

No CAAD4s in 1998, so have to assume it's a 1999 model. My guess is that Cannondale did away with the canti bosses on some F models at some point after the 1999 catalog was printed. If you look at the 2000 catalog you will see canti bosses on the F800 and below, while the F900 and above lacked them. Based mostly on the paint, if that bike was mine I'd call it a 1999 F3000.
