I am selling this bike. I had it listed as a 58cm frame, though that was nowhere listed on the bike (or so I thought). Had a very particular customer come look at it. He had a feeling its geometry was not consistent with other 58cm frames. So I went into the 2000 year catalog here, per the suggestion of a rep at the Cannondale 800 number. I found which bike had the same chainstay, top tube and other dimensions, and it matched a 56cm (with an effective seat tube length of 58.7cm). The serial number isn't really that consistent with the guide elsewhere on the site. But I do notice that the last two digits of the number are 56, which should be the frame size. Wondering if anyone knows how to interpret the serial number and/or can confirm I have now correctly identified this as a 56cm.
