Bottom Bracket Dimensions for 2002 r400

Hello. I own a cannondale r400 from 2002. I need a new bottom bracket. I know it takes a BB UN52 Shimano sealed cartridge but I don’t know the spindle length. Anyone out there own this same bike from same manufacture year who knows the dimensions of the bottom bracket that it uses? Please help. Thank you.

I'm guessing that it has a Sora triple crank. Check the model number that is stamped in the crank arms, should be something like FC-3303. With the model number of the crank it should be possible to find a Shimano document that specifies the BB spindle length.

I think that the crank that came on the bike was FC-3304, a Sora Octalink triple. The original bottom bracket was a BB-ES30 with a 118 mm Octalink V2 spindle. Universal has them for $18.
