I bought my Cannondale on the first of august 1992. It's a blue one Beast of the east. The backrim was burst and so I changed the rims for a set of Mavic. Also I replaced the Fork, Deraillieur (Scram 9.0) en Brakes (Shimano XTR).
I traveld across the whole of Europe and have set 65.000 km/ 40.000 mls on it.
