I bought this bike new in 1988 from Caps cycle in Vancouver BC Canada. I rode it a lot off road on the old UBC Endowment Lands, and as a regular commuter. I bought this bike from Caps Cycle in Vancouver in the fall of 1988, the only reason I bought it was the frame. Almost everything else that came on the bike was junk components. Caps was a large Vancouver chain store and they bought a bunch of these frames on the cheap, and then loaded them up with junk components.
