General Information
These are early 90s, deluxe (i.e. lots of pockets, including easily removable fanny pack) rear set of "Overland" Cannondale panniers, in orange (maybe special order..?), ripstock nylon with plastic internal frame, and metal mounting hardwear.
NOTE: My mobile phone's camera could not quite capture the intensity of the orange. Nor could Photoshop recover that depth...
