Damn. So, if I wanted to register with the bike index, or the local police, how would I do that then? I live in Brooklyn and have had 2 bikes stolen so I'm trying to behave with only best practices from now on.

I just bought a very similar used Cannondale and am trying to identify the serial as well. Pic below. Sorry for the novice question but is there any way to identify the full serial without removing the fairlead? What I can read is 50 <fairlead> 10 1RR <fairlead> 54
