HD166 seal kits or Alternative

I've got a 2000 Super Fatty DL80 to rebuild and can't find a source in the UK for the seal kit. Only Australia with extortionate postage. I'm not too bothered about the o rings as you can get pretty much any size, more the plastic cup that disintegrates and the cup seals if that's what they are called.

Does the KF236 contain the cup seals?

Anyone have some they want to sell or know a source in the UK, or even a list of sizes.

From what I know, the KF236 kit does include the cup seals for some Fatty models, but it may depend on the exact version. The plastic "air piston cup" is often the hardest part to source. Some people have had luck using generic quad seals or modifying a similar-sized seal from other brands. You might also try Pace Cycles (UK) or Cannondale experts in the US for just the specific cups. Otherwise, keep checking eBay, as NOS parts show up occasionally. Good luck with the rebuild!

Thanks for the info. Race ready suspension in the UK has a kit, also there are kits on eBay Germany. I ended up working out the sizes and ordering them, the o-rings are all standard NBR70 imperial sizes, and the u cup seals are also standard imperial NBR80.
