Looking at the 1996 catalog I see that the 16" hybrid frame was KV style. Stock tires were 38s, so perhaps you can go a bit larger.

That frame is a new one for me. I don't remember seeing a KV/DV hybrid frame. Do you know what year it is? I can tell you that most Cannondale road frames will fit 28s. Guessing that most hybrids would fit 38s or so.

H500 Killer V frame in small with Sunrims AT18's....700C. What is the max width tire in mm that I can use on this frame ??
