Looks to be a touring model from the 1980s. Not sure that the 1984 touring bikes had the rear rack mounts. Better photos taken from the right side might help pin down the year and model.

Thanks for your response. The serial number is BB0626. From the info on the website it indicates that the year of manufacture is 1984. I will take further photos as you suggest and send them on to determine the model. I have tried to figure out how to place a classified on the website but cannot figure out how to do it?? Will attach further photos tomorrow. Thanks again
