Rush Model?

Hi,
I am trying to identify the specific model of my Rush, I'm asking as the decales on the bike don't necessarily tally with the year on the frame serial number. I am wondering if it was a special edition?

The serial number suggests the bike was a 2006 model, however the logo on the head tube suggests otherwise.
The lefty was serviced last year however the specialist said they are no longer able to support the fork as parts were no longer available?
Does anyone have any clues?

This could be a 2007 model for Europe. The decals are a little strange. The "Handmade in the USA" is odd. Do they look original? with a good clear over the decals?

They do look original with a good clear over all the decals.
After checking the Cannondale site previously the decal on head tube is the one that confused me!
