Identify road bike - please

I need help identifying the year of my road bike. It was purchased second hand, I have a model number YM87176 and it says Synapse. On the front forks it says ULTRA and on the back it says SAVE. It is a 44cm bike, so I believe it is considered woman's bike. I am looking to sell it and several models from different years look like it so I don't know what to say. The gears say SORA on them.

Yes, can't seem to find anything with two different letters as prefix

Pics would help. Sounds like a Synapse 7. Just a random year, but in 2013 they were either black with neon green or white with grey.

Post some pics. The SN page is really for Cannondale up to 2007.. Some modern Cannondale may use a different SN format.
