The head post “badge” suggests 1990-1996. There is a great selection of catalog links on the home page to peruse and nail down the exact year.
Value? Hard to say for sure in my opinion. Geographic location and popularity would influence value if selling local to you. I’ll take a broad guess though, after looking at for sale ads all summer; $200-$350. That is only my opinion. I’m no expert.

Ok I looked. Couldn’t resist. Iceland green metallic with Pepperoni fork is a 1995. On your bottom bracket you’ll have a two letter code for year/month. Yours would have “F” for 1994 with a later in the year month or a “G” for 1995 with an earlier in the year month. I have two bikes that the year built precedes the model year. But mine do not have a month code. I’ve seen examples that fit the pattern I described.
