Help ID Bud Light Cannondale

Howdy folks, so my Pops found this old Cannondale a few years back renovating an apartment of a guy who’d left behind a whole lotta stuff. I’ve taken an interest in making it a commuter bike so it stops taking up space in the garage, but he and I know next to nothing about it. I’d read that there was a Bud Light/Cannondale collab roughly from 1996-2000, but the serial number only partially follows the format for 93-99. Any info is good info. The saddle and tires are new but everything else is how we found it - which isn’t to say it’s original cause we have no clue. Bonus points if anyone can say a value range. Thanks in advance!

The HF translates to 1996, June. It would have been a pretty low end model. As far as I know there wasn't a Bud Light model per se. I would say clean it up and use it. If the mechanical bits are good, it should make a good commuter as is.
