It's a 1997 Cannondale R800 Cad3..... Shimano DuraAce. Completely renovated with signs of use.

Very nice. You should try to find a nice 7700 Dura Ace crankset for it. They are kind of hard to find as the finish doesn't hold up very well, but you can sand and polish them and make them look very nice.
