Cad3 Saeco Silk Road?

So found this frame at a garage sale and had to snag it. Thought it would be fun bar bike and I have enough parts laying around I could throw it together.

Just wondering if anyone has any info on it? I seem to find info for Normal fork CAD3 Saeco's, but not for this setup.

Thanks in advance.

Great find. Pretty sure that's a 1998 frame, only year for that fork decal. 1997 forks just had the Headshok decal, didn't say Silk Road. 1999 forks had carbon legs. If you look at page 52 in the 1998 catalog you will see a picture of Paolo Fornaciari riding one at Paris Roubaix. Don't know if Cannondale decided to offer Saeco replica Silk Roads after the catalog was printed. Check the imprints in the BB shell. Real team frames could have the rider's name (sometimes abbreviated) engraved in the shell. What size is it?

Cool, good to know. It measures about a 56. Is there a size reference on the bb shell as well? I'll check it out tonight. Thanks!
