I've had a CAAD4 hanging from the rafters more than a decade. I didn't ride it much (<100 miles total) even when new.
The bike is operational except that the front shock does not work, so it is locked. I've changed the tires, and done tuneups every five years or so, even though I have not ridden the bike.
I'm interested in selling this CAAD4. What is it worth (maybe quick sale)?
