Barrel adjuster bracket

Trying to find bracket that goes through down tube that the cable barrel adjusters fit onto, The frame is a R600 cad 3 1999

This is the only one I have that's not in use. May be from an older frame, has seen plenty of salt. It has enough shaft to fit the 45 mm down tube of a CAAD 3.

I bought it at a swap meet but have never needed it.
