This is a one owner 1992 Cannondale M700. Cannondale bicycles of this era were hand built in Bedford, PA. Oversized Aluminum tubing was used and all welds were sanded smooth. When the pepperoni fork was recalled I was able to upgrade to the Rock Shox Quadra for $100. The fork is now frozen. The components are Shimano Deore LX and still work surprisingly well. Coda bar ends were added, the original seat was swapped for a perforated Vetta Lite seat. The tires are good as new Ritchey Comp Z Max. The rear is a little wider than the front. The bike is well used but has been maintained over the years including new steering head and crank bearings on a couple occasions. The rear cassette has been replaced and I believe the middle front chain ring. This bike is ready to hit the trail. Size is Large for riders 5'9"+ The weight is roughly 29-30lbs. Honestly, I don't know what its worth but its still a good bike and could be rebuilt into something different as well. $449.
Here is a link to it on Ebay but I would let it go cheaper here and avoid Ebay fees. Thanks!
