I bought her new (first new bike as an adult) almost 20 years ago in San Rafael, Marin Co, CA, and she came with a Judy SL (2.5\"!! HAHA) - I resurrected her 2 years ago as a City SS with various leftover and 2nd hand parts. 46x13 = fast and so light. Chain tension device adapted from DH chain guide parts I had around.
