Hi all , just recently acquired this frame and fork , actually it was built up with a mixture of random parts non cannondale related so I’m wondering if this actually a Cannondale frame at all ? What do you think ?

Hi all, I wondered if anyone can help ID my frame please. I have briefly done some research online but I’m still not 100% sure on the model, I’ve been informed that it may be from around 1999 - 2001 era and possibly one of the F series ? The serial number does’nt really relate to any on the data...
