1999 F2000 Size Small?

Hi All,
New to the forum and am having trouble identifying this bike. I haven't been able to look at it in person so I don't have a serial number. Guess I'm confused by the combo of the Killer V frame, paint/decals, and the fact that it has disc brake mounts. Is this a small size 1999 F2000, like the 1996 size S frames that came in the Killer V?

Cannondale did make the killer V in 99, they made in for small frames. The decals look like 99-2001. Also, I noticed that this frame has disc tabs. When you see it in person, look at the paint and decals to see if it looks original. Replacement decals have been made for a long time...
