If anyone is restoring a 1990 Athena the following paint are a good match.
Testor's Model Master #2727 Ford and GM engine blue is a close match.
Testor's #1181 Aluminum is perfect for the silver banding.
Testor's #1145 gloss white with 2 drops of Testor's Model Master #1741 gloss black per full bottle of the previously mentioned white is close enough to work.
After filling the paint chip, allow the paint to dry several hours. Buff touchup area with a dampened Mr Clean eraser to blend the the new paint with the old.
Any hobby shop will have the paint.
