Yes Sachs works with Shimano stuff and the older Suntour XC Pro RD. By tweaking the upper and lower pulley (Jockey) wheels to float more they will work great. Campag was always a problem getting it to work properly, the shifting throws are slightly different. You can even get Sachs ergo power...
