I have an opportunity to own this bike. The frame has been stripped of most of the paint and I am color blind but believe it to be purple(?) from the traces of paint on the BB. Here are the numbers, do I need to take the cable router off to see which frame size and model this frame is? Thanks!

Any large Auto parts wholesaler/retailer will be able to "shoot" a light at your paint and come up with a near perfect match. You can then have them mix a small jar or even put it into a "rattle can" for you. Find a parts house that supplies body shops in the area.
